Sister Joyce currently serves as the CEO of the Daughters of Charity Foundation and Chairperson of St. Vincent Meals on Wheels Board of Directors.

The Daughters of Charity Foundation awards grants and subsidies to Daughters of Charity Ministries in the Province of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton where the Sisters serve in Education, Eldercare, and Social Ministries.

The Foundation is located near downtown Los Angeles, in close proximity to St. Vincent Meals on Wheels, Hotel Dieu low-income Senior Housing, Casa Milagrosa, the F.I.S.H. collaborative and the Westlake Tiny Home Village. 

Sister Joyce also served on the Board of Seton Institute for 20 years.  Seton Institute supported Daughters of Charity working to  alleviate human suffering  in desperate places around the world.

Sister Joyce spent her early years in education as a classroom teacher and in administration.  She later served in Provincial Leadership and served on Daughter of Charity Hospital boards for 25 years before beginning her work at the Daughters of Charity Foundation.
