As Senior Project Manager, Michael Alkhoury serves as the construction point person, working directly as part of the consultant and owner project team. He is responsible for the overall successful construction management of the project and ensuring client satisfaction. Michael’s primary duties include long-range planning and scheduling of construction resources, subcontractor materials, manpower, and permits, enabling the project Superintendent to proceed smoothly with field operations and installations.

Additionally, Michael manages day-to-day responsibilities such as cost control, submittal control, document control, QA/QC, owner billing, contract buyout, change order/RFI management, and ensuring site safety and OSHA compliance.
