As Director of Preconstruction and Estimating, Kyle Burnham is responsible for developing highly accurate full-scope estimates at all document levels during preconstruction. This includes order of magnitude, conceptual, schematic, design development, construction, and bid documents. Kyle also identifies potential cost and constructability issues during preconstruction and provides value engineering services to maximize the client's budget.

Leading up to the start of construction, Kyle collaborates with the project team on project plans, requirements, and specifications, as well as preliminary quotes and pre-bid estimates. Kyle also oversees securing all bid documents, including bid forms and quote letters.
