As General Superintendent, Jeff Hughes provides oversight for multiple projects and their teams. He regularly works in the field for each project, offering additional supervision to onsite work crews and ensuring manpower needs are met. Jeff also serves as an on-call resource, developing unique solutions to field issues that arise during construction.

He collaborates with each project's QA/QC team to provide an independent perspective in a series of checks and balances. Additionally, Jeff performs regular safety checks to ensure all work is conducted in accordance with the site-specific safety plan.
