As Senior Superintendent, Jake Martin is responsible for all phases of construction at the job site, including directing all work crews, coordinating all subcontractor trades, and checking and approving all shop drawings. He also manages the receipt and utilization of supplies and equipment.

Jake is responsible for implementing and monitoring the safety program, which includes developing and enforcing a job site-specific safety plan, training and educating personnel on safety requirements, organizing pre-job safety meetings, and conducting jobsite inspections to ensure compliance with the company safety program and OSHA standards.
